Trainer Profile
As a Learning Consultant, Asja v. Berlepsch is responsible for all topics related to seminar design, seminar organization, and the development of implementation concepts for our Leaderfy simulation. In dialogue with clients, she develops customized seminar concepts and development programs for various target groups. Her key areas are leadership, team development, and change management.
Prior to her work at Leaderfy, Asja v. Berlepsch developed and managed extensive projects for doctoral candidates and postdocs in academic staff development. A key focus was advising postdocs using individual potential analyses. As a Learning Consultant, Asja v. Berlepsch also worked with traditional business simulations and has been employed as a lecturer in various contexts at universities.
As a trainer, Asja v. Berlepsch has designed and conducted more than 100 seminars and training sessions. Her focus lies on the topics of communication and team development, as well as the motivational structures and personality profiles of people in organizations. Her expertise also includes an intuitive understanding of people and their individual development processes. A primary focus of her work, especially with individuals in leadership roles, is to build on this foundation and promote sustainable personal development.
Asja v. Berlepsch is a certified Coach & Process Facilitator and has experience in both one-on-one coaching settings and in the facilitation of group processes.
