Trainer Profile
Florian Gaspar is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Leaderfy GmbH. He designs and facilitates personnel development programs that are built upon the Leaderfy leadership simulation. His focus is on establishing a future-proof leadership culture that meets the demands of an increasingly complex business world.
As a Senior & Executive Trainer, Florian Gaspar has designed and conducted more than 200 seminars and training sessions. His focus is on the design and implementation of multi-part development programs that combine the sustainable development of a leadership culture with the personal development of employees in leadership roles. He teaches at the University of Mannheim, the University of Zurich, and the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management on the topics of Leadership, Agile Leadership, and Dealing with Complexity.
