Sonnur Akbas-Gaspar is a passionate trainer and Systemic Organizational Developer. For more than 10 years, she has been intensively involved with the topic of change management, focusing particularly on the demands and challenges of personal change processes in modern organizations.

Sonnur Akbas-Gaspar teaches as a lecturer on the topic of Change Management at leading German universities and universities of applied sciences. She is a dialogue partner of the Schmid Foundation and also works as a freelance consultant, advising non-profit organizations on topics of cultural and organizational development. As a Learning Consultant for a leading provider of computer-assisted personnel development, she advises universities and companies on the design of further education programs with a focus on leadership, change, and personnel development.

As a Senior Trainer, Sonnur Akbas-Gaspar has designed and conducted more than 100 seminars and training sessions. She has professionalized her work through multi-year training programs as a trainer, in systemic organizational development & change management, and as a coach.
