Our learning approach, and especially our Leaderfy Game, can only be described in a text to a certain extent. It is much more effective to experience it firsthand.

We cordially invite you to experience our learning approach and the Leaderfy Game for yourself. For this purpose, we have developed our Leaderfy Learning Journey: in an intensive, 2.5-hour workshop, you will experience a complete cycle of our learning approach:

  • You will go through a phase of the simulation together,
  • then reflect on your decisions in a joint debriefing, and
  • transfer the insights gained into your own practice.

Participation in our Learning Journey is free of charge and takes place regularly in small groups (max. 10 registrations per session).
